Model B Series Gearpump Metering System
Single and plural component
For those applications which require precise flow rate control, or those which demand higher flow rates than are practical with piston metering products, we offer our line of Stainless Gear Pump systems. Long noted for their precision, reliability and simplicity, their unique design offers virtually pulseless flow. Extremely close tolerances (up to ± .00005") are held, minimizing internal clearances. The pumps are constructed primarily from 400 series Stainless Steel. Positive displacement metering ensures consistent performance.
Drives can range from simple pneumatic motors on our fixed ratio systems to fully autonomous drives which are linked through a closed loop control for precise, variable ratio capability. Because the drives are not mechanically linked, an Electronic Ratio control system can be used to set and control the ratio of one pump to the other. This allows quick, on-the-fly ratio changes by keying in a new ratio setting.
